WHO IS JESUS?

Was he just a Good Man? Was he a Prophet? Was he a Liar? Was he Crazy? Or, was he really the Son of God? The answer to this question impacts our lives and our world.

Here’s What We Know From The Bible

While Jesus walked this earth, he would consistently seek out the lost, the hurting and the sinner. He would seek them out before they changed, before they were “good”, not after. But why? Would a crazy person do that? Would just another prophet do that?

We also know that in a short interaction, after time spent with Jesus of Nazareth, each of these people were changed FOREVER. There was true life transformation after time with Jesus. When he approached people, he did so with grace and with truth and he loved them radically. And…..he can do the same for you.

Here’s the thing that is clear and consistent throughout scripture. Jesus loves YOU deeply. He knows your name and he died for you, for your sin.

John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

What Does It Mean To Be Saved?

When we think about our life and face the reality of our human limitations, our failed behavior, we realize we desperately need a Savior. The need is great. We can’t do life alone and we certainly know we can’t save ourselves. So wherever you are at, whatever you’ve done in your life and however great the pain you’ve endured, there is a loving, grace-filled Savior named Jesus Christ just waiting for you to receive him. Believe it or not, even through this website he is calling you to him. He is reaching out to you. Will you receive him? Will you believe?

If your answer is yes, If you believe that Jesus Christ died for you, paid for your sin and loves you so much he gave his life to pay that price, you are saved! That’s it!

You don’t need to work for it. Just simply, believe.

To communicate that to God is simple. Here’s an example of a simple prayer to God;

God, I realize I’m not perfect and I have sin in my life. In fact, I admit that I’m a sinner and I need a Savior. I believe that you sent your Son to die for me and pay for my sin and I receive it, I receive him as my Savior. I give my life to you now. Help me live life committed to you. Help me to grow and to love you and to love others. In Jesus Name, Amen.
