Taking the gospel to the unreached in southeast asia
Our Vision
God has placed in our hearts a deep burden for the unreached - those who have no access to the gospel in their own language. Our vision is to see a healthy, reproducing church established among a minority people group in Southeast Asia.
In the Spring of 2026, our family of three will be moving to Southeast Asia. We’ll begin a 20-year mission to bring the gospel to a people group who have never heard the name of Jesus.
Our timeline
Learn the national language
We’ll begin immersing ourselves in the culture and language of the host country, building friendships and understanding local customs.
Why it matters: To gain fluency in the national language to use as a bridge to learn the minority language.
Years 1-3
Learn the minority language
Once fluent in the national language, we’ll begin learning the local minority language of the unreached group (where there is no bible or church present).
Our goal: To speak heart-to-heart in their heart language, building bridges for the gospel.
Years 4-9
Translate and teach god’s word
We aim to translate the Bible, share the gospel, and make disciples among the unreached language group.
Our goal: To see a healthy church established in an unreached language group.
Years 10-20
