Dear Prayer Partners and Friends,
This is an SOS Prayer Partner Bulletin!!
Kathy and I have been monitoring a developing situation the past few days in
Kosovo involving some of the believers in our church plant. We received an
urgent phone call this morning and with several follow up calls on our part
to confirm the situation, there is now no doubt that this is a genuine
crisis that requires our immediate attention! Kathy and I are flying out
tomorrow, Wednesday, to Kosovo.
PLEASE PRAY for safety in travel; for all of our luggage to arrive intact
and undamaged; for time to make all of our flight connections; for the
flights to be on time; AND for the crisis. All I can say at this time is
that without our intervention, at least one life could be at stake, maybe
more. Muslim traditions in the culture die hard and this one involves blood
revenge! We must counsel our believers to function according to God's laws,
not man's traditions.
We will likely be in Kosovo several months if not longer. The church needs
our support, instruction, and encouragement right now. Obviously, the
English project will be on hold for some time.
Thank you for holding us and this situation up before our loving Father.
