Outsiders looking in

Jan 28, 2009

Have you ever felt like an outsider looking in at church?  You come in to a service and it seems like everyone there is connected but you.  The reality is you are not alone.  Let me suggest that there is a way to get connected at Grace San Diego.  If you will volunteer for a ministry you will immediately be connected with others at the same time that you’re fulfilling your purpose in life to serve.

I believe that the enemy would like to isolate us for the purpose of defeat.  Recently a woman came to me and asked why I didn't like her.  She explained that I had walked by her in the courtyard at church one Sunday and she felt rejected.  She had been ministering with some friends and they said that she should come talk to me and ask about my feelings toward her.  Because she was connected to others we were able to take care of this misunderstanding.  Alone is tough... We need connection.  God said it’s not good for man to be alone.  Take God at His work and connect through service. We love you and want to minister together.

Oh and by the way, if I breeze by you in the courtyard, I'm sorry... I'm intense on Sundays but I have nothing but love for you.
